Cancellation Policy
Required Submissions: - Upon booking, please submit a copy of your floor plan with the front door clearly marked. This can be from an architectural drawing, a sketch from your county auditor's website, or a hand-drawn top-down view (using Google Maps/Earth as a reference). - Additionally, provide a photo of your front door/porch area. - These submissions are crucial for us to create your personalized Home Energy Map. Please ensure they are sent within 7 days of booking. Service Delivery: - Once we receive the required documents, we will begin analyzing your floor plan and preparing your personalized Home Energy Map. - You will receive a detailed guide that includes key points, expert advice on improvements, tips for better energy flow, and ways to address any energy leakages in PDF form as well as a mailed copy to the address provided during booking. 7.
